Yes, we sell the slicers and servers. These make a great gift.
Should pies be refrigerated?
Yes, the cold pies, especially with whipped cream, need to be refrigerated. Fruit pies are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated but they can if you would like. They also freeze really well. Real whipped cream will not freeze well so remove that if you would like before freezing and add new whipped cream when ready to eat it. It is not recommended to refrigerate pecan pie - but they do freeze well (bring to room temperature before eating).
What are the baking instructions for frozen take-and-bake pies?
Keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place on baking sheet. Combine 1 egg with 1 tablespoon water to make egg wash and brush on top of pie crust (not necessary to use the entire egg for one pie). Place pie on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can I return my pie tin for a discount?
You can save $1 on your next pie when you return your 9” pie tin from Pied Piper in good, clean condition! You can do this as many times as you’d like.
