What are your store hours of operation?

Monday - Thursday: 10 am - 8 pm

Friday and Saturday: 10 am - 10 pm

Closed on Sundays.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we sell gift cards, load with the amount you choose starting at $10. Come into the store or purchase HERE.

How many servings are your pies?

Our standard 9-inch pies serve approximately 6 people, depending on how they are sliced. For even, consistent slices, we offer a PIE SLICER SET—perfect for gatherings.

Should pies be refrigerated?

It depends on the type of pie:

  • Cream pies & pies with whipped cream:
    Must be refrigerated.

  • Fruit pies:
    Shelf stable and do not need to be refrigerated, but can be refrigerated if preferred. They also freeze well.

  • Pecan pies:
    Do not require refrigeration. For best results, keep at room temperature. Pecan pies also freeze well—bring to room temperature before serving.

Freezing Tip:
Pies with real whipped cream do not freeze well. If freezing, remove the whipped cream before storing and add fresh whipped cream when ready to serve.

What are the baking instructions for frozen take-and-bake pies?

  • Keep frozen until ready to bake.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Place pie on a baking sheet.

  • (Optional) In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon water to create an egg wash. Lightly brush over the top crust (you may not need all of it).

  • Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Bake times may vary depending on your oven.

Can I return my pie tin for a discount?

You can save $1 on your next pie when you return your 9” pie tin from Pied Piper in good, clean condition! (Handwash only)

Yes! You can place pre-orders directly through our website.

Our pies are baked fresh daily and many are available in-store, but certain specialty items require 24-hour advance notice.

For holidays, we offer a wider variety of pre-order options and recommend ordering early to guarantee availability.

Do you offer Online ordering or Delivery?

Yes, we’re offer pickup and delivery HERE.

What are your Seasonal and Limited Time Flavors?

We offer a variety of flavors every day. We will have weekly specials with rotating and new flavors.

Do you offer options for special dietary needs?

Yes! We offer a variety of options to fit different dietary preferences:

  • Gluten-Friendly: Made with gluten-free ingredients and handled separately. As an open bakery, cross-contact with allergens is possible, and we cannot guarantee items are allergen-free.

  • No Sugar Added: Apple, cherry, peach, savory pot pies, quiches, and keto cutie pies.

  • Non-Dairy: Includes lemon meringue pie and non-dairy, gluten-friendly apple pie.

  • Vegetarian-Friendly Crust: Our pie crust contains no lard and is suitable for vegetarian diets, with some options that may also be vegan.
